How to find what you want to buy
Use the main product categories section down the left hand side of each page to access the different product ranges of interest.
To get more information about a product, click on the product image or name to see its product information page.
Add it to Your Basket
The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want simply click the "Add to Cart" button. To see the contents of your cart at any time click the icon at the top right of any page:
Sign in
To sign in, enter your username and password to access your account and click login. If you haven't logged in before and are setting up a new account please follow the instructions to create an account.
Method of payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, paypal, cheques (denominated in Pounds Sterling) as payment. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit or debit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.
How will I know that you have my order?
Jonahsbigfish.com will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order and notify you of your order number. Please keep this order number in a safe place - just in case you need to check its status or make a return via Customer Services.
Your order will be integrated into our existing automated sales order process system and despatched from our warehouse in Armagh. Once your order has been invoiced, you will receive a second email to advise that the order is en route. If an item is unavailable, you will be advised in this email.

Although every effort is made to ensure that products are available, all offers are subject to availability. Prices are correct at the time of display but may change at the discretion of Jonahsbigfish.com. All prices include VAT, where applicable.
